water loss shut off valve

Hi everyone,

Had a problem with a split in my water line which cost me a fortune
in water bills, lost 2000 liters of water per day while away
Does anyone know of a valve or system to shut off the water flow if water is flowing for a set period say around 1/2 hour or an hour.
So i dont lose all this water again.

water loss shut off valve

They have emergency shutoff valves like that in many styles for leaks and sudden water flows inside a building that shut off the water at the point of entry.Do some Googling.
