Water line from well to house.

Well is located 70' from house, has an installed pipe that is below frost line and comes into basement through outside wall. We want to build a sunroom that will be over part of the existing pipe from well to house. Is this a problem? I figured if we had a problem with that section of pipe we would have to run new lines anyway and could bring them into the basement about 7' from the present line. Am I missing something as we have the plans and construction will start soon. thanks

You should be fine (assuming you don't damage the line digging a post hole or something like that). In 40 years of owning homes, I've never had to replace a water line. Sewer line, yes (twice), but never a water line.

is the water line below the depth of your footings or are you using pier construction?
