water keeps leaking in toilet bowl

I replaced everything in the tank and water still leaks just as much as it did before. I don't know what else to do

We need a few more details.... What exactly is leaking where?
Tank leaks into bowl? Bowl leaks onto the floor?

Tiny trickle down the backside ot the bowl?
I'd guess the flapper is still not seated tight enough. Try cleaning under the flapper and be sure the flange is tightened down.
Did you replace everything right down to the ceramic?
On the cheaper one of mine, I added a large nut centered on the flapper to help it seal properly.
The pressure-assisted one never leaked into the bowl.... no flapper!

Tiny trickle down the front of the bowl. I replaced every thing right down to the handle . Checked flapper cleaned it wasn't dirty brand new . Tried changing chain length still same result.

Make certain to drag your fingernail around the seat of the flapper rim. There may be a cut or debris holding up the flapper there. Doesn't take much.

If you have a primer tube stuck down the overflow, it may be siphoning. The Fluidmaster filler kit comes with a stilt to make sure this doesn't happen. Some make the mistake of using the overflow cap (with the hole in it that came with the toilet) to ram the primer tube down the overflow. Bad thing to do. It goes too far and sets up an perpetual siphon since it is below the water level. Use the stilt to hold the primer tube up over the overflow tube creating an air gap. That's why it's in the kit.

If this wasn't the problem, if the flapper has "ears", and there are intact hinge ears on the base of the overflow tube, use them only, making sure you cut off ALL the pre-molded "O" adapter that comes in between them since it frequently interferes and binds the operation of the flapper when ears are used. You can use sissors... its easy.

Only use the "O" adapter that is meant to slide down the shank of the overflow tube if its ears have broken off at the base. Even then you have to finesse sliding the thing around to get it to work.

Hi and welcome Dan, to the best darn DIY'r site on the web.

Just a question, did you clean the flapper seat with scotch brite? Sometimes calcium may build up on the seat allowing an almost unnoticable trickle of water into the bowl.

With the water off and you are still trickling water, then you have a hairline crack in the bowl, leaking into the cavity and out the drain.

Ah, you wanted a new one anyway, one of those new thrones, chair height style, complete with 3" flush valve.
