water heather

There are three offices in the building I am in. There is a small water here in the ceiling for the bathrooms and a small sink inthe front office. I am in the back office no sink. I am moveing to the front office and converting it to a small salon. I am wondering can I put in a separate water heather for my new office to have my own water supply?
