water heater question

I got a new water heater and installed it now there is constant running water in my guest bathtub, all the other facets don't leak. What is causing this to happen and how do I fix it ?????????????????

water heater question

you loosened up rust in line some of it stuck in bathroom fixture that is running try shutting water on and off if that doest work remove stems clean out rust or change washers or rubber seats (delta style) while you have stems out if every thing fails call plumber
