Water heater for infloor?
I would have my doubts that a single standard water heater could keep up with the heat load produced, so parallel tanks would be required (again depending on the heat load), I believe a standard 40 gal tank has a 30K Btu/hr burner in it.
Another issue may be the pressure / temp relief valve, depending on what pressure your pumps develop to circulate the water. This could be mitigated by putting the tanks on the return side of the heating loop and the pumps on the supply side, so you are pulling through the tanks.
Seems like alot of work to go through and not put the proper heating source on it.
