water heater best choice


Propane vs. Electric
Tank vs. Tank less
Power vent Condensing?
I have hot cold and return lines help me out guys its a new house and its big but theres only 2 of us in it what would you guys use or due its my own personal house and would like to do it cheaply but i want it efficient over the long run

water heater best choice


If you want to go on the "cheap" side and be the most efficient for your dollar, go with like a 30-40 gal tank with the propane or natural gas. The below link from EERE will help you size up the tank you need.

If you go a little further on the efficiency, you'll also get some tax credits.

Just my opinion......I would go tank type condensating W.H (if you want efficienty) B-4 I would go tankless.Tankless is going to cost in $1500.00 + range installed .Cheap would be regular tank type..I would check propane vs elec.prices in your area
