Water to gas pipe


I am converting all my oil hot water radiator heat to propane. I am removing the radiator's and installing propane heaters. Can I just disconnect the radiators black iron pipes, run air through the lines till they are dry and then reuse them for gas lines once dry.

Nope,... The rust, 'n crud in the pipes would plug, 'n destroy yer new heaters,...
