Water dripping from new furnace

Water is dripping from the hose that is attached to my furnace and leads to my water heater. Both my furnace and water heater is less than one year old. However. my furnace is about 15 years old, but works very well.

I'd venture a guess to say you have a leak. you'll have to trace it to the origin and from there determine best repair.

So how can the furnace be less than one year old, but it is about 15 years old? Inquiring minds want to know.
