1. Is this an in-sink erator
2. Is it upstairs or downstairs
3. Have you tried a different combination other than what you posted, such as running all the sinks at one time and the showers.
4. Have you looked at your vent.

1- I don't know is an in sink ??? but problem I have when I use under sink disposable waste on the upper level with water running then I have the bathroom sink plug up with water??? I tested it so many times (only running water and under sink disposable waste that does that).
2_ It is up stair and down stair which is run on the same pipe.
3-Yes, I tried to open all the faucets at once (no flooding) it works good.
4-I don't know about the vent and how do I look for ??? Can you help me with that.

Thanks Matt!

It sounds like the 2 sinks share a 1 1/2" or 2" drain stack and you have a partial blockage and it needs to be cleaned.

Well, If i was to guess you will need to pull the p-trap from the lower sink and run a cable (snake) down it. You can rent one if you know how to do it or just call a drain cleaner.
