Pushing a lot of water out of the pump, compared to the previous. Heavy Duty would have nothing to do with the volume of water, it is how long they will last, compared to cheaper models.
I would fix the drain/waste line and see if that resolves the issue first, before doing anything else. Also, you did not answer about if you have trees in the yard, where the main waste exits the house, or to the septic if you have one.

i used some draino build up remover and the next day the bathroom didnt have the smell but the kitchen was backing up in sink then even where water comes out of washer started to overflow. grrrr, sucks to be poor let me tell ya. so im assuming it has to be blocked somewhere after sink drain. how would i go about looking at the drain waste? i looked under house and the pvc i think is the drain starts with a slope then bottoms out on ground for a few feet then looks like it raises a little bit... thanks for all the help keep it coming please.
