washing machine is draining into crawl space


well the washing machine is draining into the crawl space of the house we just bought. there is about a foot or so of water down there. the whole back of the house is saging do to the water damage.what would be the quickest route to drain all of the water so that we can get started on the whole remodeling

don't use the washer till you determine what the best way is ..picture would help...is there a drain close by...

Since you're going to remodel anyway, maybe open the lowest point of the back wall and let the water drain out.
Sounds like a major construction job if the entire back of the house has sagged down.

You willingly bought a house that was sagging due to the tremendous amount of water a washing machine dumped under it? Please tell me you got an amazing price for this disaster... And that you've hired an engineer to tell you just what needs to be done to rescue the structure?

Hey, could be one of those sight-unseen foreclosure things so prevalent these days. But then, looking at the way the OP's post is written, he's not likely the sharpest knife in the drawer.
