Did this same machine always do this?

The washing machine drain must be at least 2 inches in diameter and rise at least 18 inches above where its trap ties into the main drain. Higher if the rim of the washing machine tub is higher.

The washing machine hose must fit loosely into the drain opening.

Lint from a washing machine can eventually clog the drain.

The good conscientious technician or serviceperson will carry extra oils and lubricants in case the new pump did not come with oil or the oil was accidentally spilled, so the service call can be completed without an extra visit.

Hi, 200.00 dollars later it was a clogged drain. That hurts....
They snaked it about 25 to 30 feet
I didn't have anything that long
But my wife will be happy.
