washer drain

my washing machine is in a room that was added on to the house before I bought it. the problem is the drain line is in the original house with a hole cut thru the drywall for access. It also sets behind my range. I want it to be on the other side of the drywall behind the washing machine where it should be. I am buying a new range with a added cabinet and counter space. the drain needs moved first. The home sets on cinder blocks. so what is the easiest way to move the drain line. both rooms have tile floors. i have no problem cutting into the drywall behind the washer and dryer to place the drain only getting it over there.
