wall hung commode replacement

I have a 1960's ranch with a wall hung commode. How can I be sure a new replacement will match up with the existing mounting bolts without removing the old unit ?

You will have to google the toilet manufactors and bring up their installation diagrams.

You ourhgt to be able to measure the mounting bolt patten and try to match up mounting holes and outlet with the existing unit. The wall hung unit sure is great for cleaning purposes. Roger
