Vibrating Pipe after replacing washer in faucet

My hot water faucet was causing a drip so I replaced the flat faucet washer in it and the dripping stopped but sometimes when I turn on my hot water faucet the pipe starts to vibrate loudly causing the floors to shake. The cold faucet is fine and all the other faucets in the house are fine except this one that I replaced. This never happened before and I've bought some copper U hooks and nail down the hot water pipe but it still happens. Nothing has changed since the washer but I'm trying to figure out what exactly is going on? Is something too tight, too loose? Any ideas? Thanks!

Try a differant washer, could be creating a restiction inside faucet somehow.
Normally this happens when you have a valve that shuts off too fast making pipes rattle.

sounds like a loose washer..take it back apart tighten screw or replace it with a coated bibb screw make sure its tight to the washer....
