Very Different Tub/Shower Trim

My sister in law bought a house with a very different tub/shower faucet. It is not working correctly, so I need to know the manufacturers name to get info and parts.

The faucet has three handles. The right hand handle controls a mixing valve. It has both a hot and cold water connections with screw driver operated stop valves. The center handle operates the shower diverter.

My sister in law says the left handle is cold water only.

When the water is on to the mixing valve, the water runs continuosly either out the tub spout or shower depending on the position of the divertor.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Very Different Tub/Shower Trim

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Pictures would be a big help to us in identifying this valve unit.
