Venting Water Heater near Central Air Unit

Hello everyone, I am in the process of purchasing a power vent water heater GE Unitand my concern is the location of my vent pipe. The easiest place to horizontally vent out side is about 5 feet from my central air unit. Will this be a problem? The person who owned my house before me had a new furnace installed which currently exits the house about a foot away from my central air unit. Any information would greatly be appreciated.

5' should be plenty of clearance from a/c and other vents

What difference does it make? The central A/C unit doesn't supply air to the house it is just a compressor and cooling coils. The vent should be at least 4 feet from a window or vent. At least in this area.
