I am remodeling a 1875, one story home with an unfinished basement. After removing all plumbing and finding no vent system in the kitchen, I need help to determine the best way to vent and drain a double kitchen sink with disposal and dishwasher. The main stack is 14' away. The old 24" limestone foundation restricts me from putting the drain through the wall with vent and a p-trap under counter. A floor drain I assume will be my only option here. The vent for the sink I will be able to put into the wall, through the attic, and attach into the main vent.
What is the best way for me to vent and drain the above described scenario? I would prefer to avoid using a S-trap(issues with being sucked dry) or an AAV or similar type.
Bring the vertical 2" pipe through the floor near the outside wall. Immediately, offset it into the wall and plumb it as normal from that point on. If done properly, it won't interfere with the cabinets. The waters can come up through the base.
