Vent Question

I am remodeling a wall in a 2nd floor bath. I need to move the main vent. Above the highest drain I want to 45 the vent two feet over 45 back up into attic and tie back to the original roof vent. So there are different codes in every state but my question is- Will it work ok? What could slow gas escaping through 45 degree angles?

45 is fine. Air will travel in damn near any configuration of pipe.
