Vanity Waste Line

Can anyone tell me if it would be OK to plumb a vanity waste line into this PVC. The larger pipe on the right is the vent to the roof.

Thank you in advance!

Vanity Waste Line

That pipe looks like a vent from a fixture on the floor below. If that is what it is, no you cannot add a drain to that line. That would create a wet vent.

You may be able to plumb a drain into the larger pipe. Need more info on what is below this floor.

Second floor. Essentially, I pulled the old vanity out which had the side panel cut away to allow access for the drain that was originally plumbed in. The vanity which the misses has to have requires that the waste line come directly out from the back of the wall between the hot and cold copper lines.

Any suggestions on how to tackle this scenario would be greatly appreciated!
