Just brainstorming. If it was me I would take it back apart and find the last place that I did have water..the next thing in line is the problem.

Well it's weird because once complete it was working. Put it together and filled the tank by turning the valve Then shut it off for those 2 hours to make sure the waterline did not drop, which it did not. So it was then when I turned it back on. I flushed and it never refilled
