Valve Broke on Well Line

We have a well with 3 hydrants and one line run to a horse waterer (the well only supplies water to our barn, not our house). The shutoff on the horse waterer broke, so I had to shut of the main line at the well pump.

The line going to the waterer is a rubber tube with a watts brand shut off. Since the valve broke off, I'm wondering what all needs to be replaced. Is there a copper stem that is placed inside the rubber line? Just wondered if anyone has come across this?

I can't now, but I'll try later.

The 1" hose (line) looks to be clamped onto the valve...just not sure how to remove the broken valve assembly so I can replace it.

Here are three pics. The one is of the top part of the valve assembly that broke off. As you can see the valve sits inside of the black hose and is clamped. Hope this helps.

I can't tell pipe diameter from the pics. It also look like the fitting in pic #1 unscrews. I believe you need one of these.

I'm not sure if the valve is threaded or not. It appears so as there is a nut of some kind on the bottom of the fitting, but when I turn it, the whole valve assembly turns with it. There's not much room to clamp another wrench onto the top of the broken valve to get any leverage.

The nut part circled in red it part of the valve and the valve should turn with it. Just make sure the pipe is not turning.
