Vacant mobile home
Im looking for information on protecting water lines in a mobile home thats not being heated. The water supply has been shut off and all faucets opened. I know that they make an antifreeze that is used to fill the lines but I need more information.

I hope these links help explain how.
http://www.friendlyplumber.com/plumb..._plumbing.html http://www.wssc.dst.md.us/info/winterize_tips.cfm Most item are the same however make sure to use the Non-Toxic RV style antifreeze Most cases no anti freeze is used in the supply lines (draining is usally enough) just the sewer/drain traps need the antifreeze. (don't try and get all the water from the trapps or sewer gases will get into the home) I have seen compressed air tank used to help push water from pipes on unusual feeds in homes also.
