using rotary tool to cut the 3" toilet drain pipe?
I am in the process of installing the toilet drain boot... now the book said cut the drain pipe 3/4" below ground , cut from inside or using some thing called "inside pipe cutter"....
now can I use my $50 rotery set with cutting wheel to do this...experimented that last night, got some success but end up the wheel broke and a small piece fall inside the pipe, hope it won't get blocking the stuff... should I buy some more solid wheel to try again? or there is a better/easier way?
