using connectors with hydronic radiator boiler


i am inclined to use something similar to hot water heater connectors with my hydronic radiator boiler cause i think it is really cool not to have to run hard pipe all the way to the appliance, instead have some flex connectors that also facilitate easy appliance removal and replacement.

the problem is, hot water heater pipe in and out, as well as the connectors are 3/4" and my boiler's in and out pipes are 1". i tried googling 1" water heater connectors but could not find any.

was wondering:

1. is this safe to do with a radiator boiler and
2. where to get such connectors.
