Urinal won't stop flushing - Aquavantage A-6003-A-WS

I have looked up the troubleshooting guide of my AquaVantage A-6003-A-WS flush valve and it indicates that the continual flushing of my valve could be attributed to a clogged bypass orifice.
Can anyone identify for me where the bypass orifice is located and what it looks like?
General clean out of the system did nothing to improve the problem.

Sounds like you may need a rebuild kit for it. We had a similar problem at the post office due to the chlorinated water breaking down diaphragm etc. see link scoll down to page 7. it shows bypass orifice. Put one of these in and haven't had a problem since. The chlorine doesn't break them down as fast. It may or may not help you - worth a look. Also check out support, they have chat or phone, they can talk you through it as well. Thanks.

High chlorine....not unlike my water. After looking at that diaphragm diagram you sent, they should swap (clean out orifice) with (replace diaphragm). Not sure how you'd ever clean out all those little holes.
Thanks for the help.

Your welcome. Hope it works out for you. Just a tip, be careful when cleaning those little holes - do not make them any bigger. Use a small needle not a paperclip. I had to learn the hard way. At the post office they are so loaded with crud we just replace the whole thing with a rebuild kit. I don't know how your urinals are used, but at the general mail facility we have over 200 employees per shift (mostly men) working 24/7, 7 days a week, so the urinals, toilet bowls, sinks, etc. here get pretty beat up, it seems like were always fixing something.

Check your water pressure low pressure will also result in the valve failing to close.
