Unable to install a reverse osmosis system?

We just remodeled our kitchen and we decided to go with a large single bowl sink instead of a double sink. Now we are being told there is no way to install a reverse osmosis system (short of drilling a whole in the wall and draining the system to the front yard) because you can not put the drain down line of the garbage disposal. Is there any way to put the drain in the same location as the dishwasher or any other solution. Thank you

Sure you can. Just tie the drain in before the P trap, independent of any other drains (d/w, disposal, etc..) See below. Make sure to get a stainless steel saddle clamp as the plastic ones are crap.
