Tub Drain Location

The tub I would like to install has the drain location 1.5" farther from the wall or near wear it is shown positioned in the first picture. I can access the drain from underneath but there's not much pipe to work with before it enters the wall cavity with the supply lines and joists there also.
Any suggestions on how to relocate the drain or am I able to install the overflow pipe at a slight downward angle angle to avoid having to move it?
