Trap primer stuck open

After our neighborhood water was shut off and turned back on my trap primer is running constantly. I assume there's debris in it. Can the valve be cleaned? It's on the house side of the main house shut off valve, of course, and is in the line to feed a drain that accepts the AC condensation drain and the t & p relief line from the hot water heater.

Trap primer stuck open

Shut the main water line off, and dismantle the trap primer.
Turn the water pressure back on briefly to flush out the debris, and then turn it off again.
Reassemble the primer.
Good Luck!
