toilet won't fill
fluidmasters have a small black rubber disc in the top. after a few years, they can become hard and brittle, and either work very slowly or not at all. Shut the water off, take the small plastic top cover off of the fluidmaster, turn the arm assembly 1/4 turn to the left, lift it off, and take the disc out of the top of the fluidmaster, flush the crud out by holding a cup over top of the fluidmaster and turning the water on for a few seconds while the disc is out. then turn water back off, install the new disc in place and re-assemble. The discs are only a buck or two, and you don't even need tools to do this. That would be the first thing i would try.
