Toilet vent and bath tub drain, Help

Hello All and thanks in advance,

There should be 11 pictures

Would this work as the vent for the toilet? Obviously I would put the vertical vent through the wall, but I needed to illustrate what i'm doing.

The bathtub drain is a pain due to the joist. It was suggested that I put the Drain/Vent Tee on a 45 and cut a hole through the joist on a 45? Is that allowed? then on the other side straighten it up with a 45 and run it to the drain. There is no room between the stack and the joist to put it before hand. I'll drill the 45 if I wont have problems with the inspector. I will also sister a 2x8 up to it and cut a hole through both of them to beef it up.

Thanks
