Toilet tank takes too long to replenish and is loud

Whenever I flush the toilet, it takes a long time to refill and is loud while doing so.

I'm thinking there's a clog causing a pressure build up, which is causing less water flow and more noise where water is coming out to fill the tank. Thing is, the float and pipes were replaced a few months back (the problem started a few weeks ago.)

What can it be? It has gotten annoying enough that the bathroom door needs to be closed after we flush, else we can't sleep with the noise.

Possibly the water valve behind the toilet can be adjusted for more volume.
By pipes being replaced, what exactly was this. The refill mechanism? It could have sediment in it causing the slow refill.

Google "Fluidmaster 400A" if that's not what you put in then put it in. If this is what you put in then you go to step 2.
