Toilet Leak


I have a leak in my basement toilet, but not sure what the piece is called to replace it. I've attached some pics...

Any info would help.

That is called a fill valve. Replace it with http://www.fluidmaster.com/our-produ...ill-valve.html

fill valve, you can get them at hd or lowes for about 20 dollars or so. I would get the whole kit and replace everything if I were you.
