Toilet Float Adjustment Screw is squirting!

Our toilet is squirting a bit of water from the top, looks like near/around the float adjustment screw.

Should I just buy a whole new fill valve assembly and replace? Anything else to check/look for?

The flapper was replaced recently so I don't think I need a full kit or anything.

Thanks!

Just replace it. About $10.00 and simple to install.

Thanks for the quick response - will do. So just a new fill valve and adjustment screw (this one is rusted)?

Buy a Fluid Master brand. Far more trouble free then the old style you have now.
