My toilet flush valve has been leaking with an annoying drip, drip, drip sound. Since the flush valve was original and about 33 years old, I decided to renew everything and bought a Korky Universal Toilet Repair Kit.
I took the tank off and removed all of the old hardware, cleaned it up, and installed the new kit. Everything went back together with no issues. Trouble is, the new flapper has a leak. It can be stopped by moving the flapper a bit, which I assume means that it's not centering itself on the hole. Is there any brand or type of flapper that performs better than others that I could switch to that would solve this problem? Thanks
