Ok so I just measured and I have 5/8" clearance... which makes me wonder how you might ever install one with the flange on top of the finished floor. Seems like there would be no room. Anyway this might be close
If you need to raise your toilet to allow enough clearance for your repaired flange, let us know. I used mortar to level our concrete floor under a new Toto Drake that I just installed. The result was a perfectly sized waterproof base for the toilet to sit on. I didn't caulk the bottom since ours is temporary until I level the whole floor but you could caulk yours to hide the mortar and I believe the result would look very nice.
