If you need to raise your toilet to allow enough clearance for your repaired flange, let us know. I used mortar to level our concrete floor under a new Toto Drake that I just installed. The result was a perfectly sized waterproof base for the toilet to sit on. I didn't caulk the bottom since ours is temporary until I level the whole floor but you could caulk yours to hide the mortar and I believe the result would look very nice. Holler if you need the info and I'll post my procedure.
