Toilet flange 2" above floor - does code permit a raised toilet platform

When I replaced iron for plastic piping on my waste line , to get the proper slope to the stack I ended up with a toilet flange 2" above the flooring. I am not raising the whole floor to accommodate it. Is there any plumbing code restriction to creating a raised pedestal just for the toilet?. And would the raised portion have to be snug to the outline of the toilet base, or could it be somewhat larger to increase stability ? This is not a ADA issue. Also, is there a code restriction on the maximum height of the toilet seat from the floor for non-ADA toilets?
