toilet draining


one of two toilets in my house will not flush properly water comes up will not go all way down plunge it one time it will go next time it wont. kitchen and other bath is fine on city sewer not septic tank have taken otu and checked for blockage in toilet itself nothing

See if all the little holes under the rim are clear. Sometimes hard water can cause calcium build up. A wire coat hanger will do the trick

I like to use a pipe cleaner to clean out those little holes.
You have taken the cover off of the tank and watched what's happening while your flushing, right?

yes have looked everything seems to work right just wont go down
