rockerjockey Retired Plumbing Cont.   Join Date: Jul 2010 Location: Florida Posts: 21	Toilet doesn't flush good Could be as simple a fix as a new flapper. Since you have to hold the trip lever down to get enough water for an adequate flush maybe the flapper is worn out.

Take out all the slack you can, and still allow the flapper to seal. What often happens is the flapper doesn't get pulled up high enough and drops before a full flush is accomplished. __________________ If you have never made a mistake, you haven't done much.
