Toilet bowl won't drain.

I live in an apartment on the first floor. Recently the toilet got clogged, and since i did not have a plunger i went to get one. Before i left i turned the water off to prevent it from overflowing. My gf forgot the toilet was clogged and proceeded to use it, and try to flush it. Now, after removing the intial clog with the plunger, the bowl does not drain unless i plunge it. The toilet flushed perfectly fine before this happened, any help would be appreciated.

I'd say there is still a clog in the pipes
Is the tank filling up with water correctly ?
The water is fully back on ?

The tank is filling up, and just to be sure i played with the floater to let more water in the tank and then tried to flush it.

It is still partially clogged, fill the bowl and plunge some more.

Well i left it alone for a bit, and the problem resolved itself...thanks for the help guys
