Through roof vent size.

Can I reduce my 4" main stack to 3" before it goes through the roof? I have/will have 4 sinks, two toilets, two showers and two floor drains all vent via this stack.

I want to do this for roof collar size and cosmetic reasons. I think I also heard that it can prevent frost buildup.

Vent size should not be decreased.
Vents are increased to allow for frost build up
