temporary water lines?

I'm sure someone has done this before and rather than reinventing the wheel I'll throw it out to the collective for suggestions they KNOW will work.

I'm thinking about a hose & clamp that I can use with 1/2" copper...
the feeds for the various fixtures I'm not ready to get deeper into yet.
(soon... but at least a month like this)

So... what are my options?
Thanks.
