tankless water heater vent adaptation?

I have Rinnai 3/5 inch concentric vent for a tankless water heater. Replacing with a Rheem unit. Can I reuse the existing Rinnai vent assuming it will fit the Rheem unit. It's seems almost identical to the Rheem vent except the inner wall on the Rinnai vent is very heavy aluminum whereas the Rheem inner vent is stainless steel. Thanks

Replacing a Rinnai with a Rheem? That's like replacing a Mercedes with a Ford. But seriously, I would not use the Rinnai vent. The inner tube is the exhaust, and you could end up with carbon monoxide in your house if the fit isn't perfect.

Install the new heater EXACTLY the way the manufacturer says. These heaters are way to sensitive and have way to many sensors in them for you to be effin around with them. Is the new unit a condensing heater? If so you can vent it w/ PVC. Cheap enough.
