Are you looking to put an oil fired tankless water heater in?

Tankless Water heater Help

I am installing two NG units and as far as I know, you can get a DV (Direct Vent) or a Concentric model, which will intake and vent through CAT III piping directly out of the room, as long as you install the heaters away from flamables per instructions (give proper distances), you should be ok, since they vent and intake through the outside, instead of intake inside and vent through the outside. You can actually install the two versions above with flamable gas in the air, or tight spaces, since the vent/intake configuration is outside. You have to check clearances and install instructions, go to a manufacturesrs webside and look through the install manual for nuances.
