Talking toilet


We have a mound system with both solid and liquid tank. Toilets started to talk yesterday the he is 8 yrs. old. Think the solid tank could be full causing this ? It has never been pumped out but liquid side was 2 yrs. ago to replace a float. Thanks if anyone has a helping idea...

Meant house is 8yrs.old and never pumped out...
