taking a water filter out

I am moving and would like to take my water filter with me. I tapped into a copper pipe. How do I cap this when I remove the water filter?

not sure how you tapped into the supply line, if you used a fitting common to this install, you can just turn the handle off on the valve, of coure I'm assuming you have this shut-off there.
