Default Taco S501 wiring

I need to wire a taco s501 relay to operate a second circ pump and zone valve for a radiant zone.....there are 2 wires (rd/white) from the tt state in the room and there are 4 wires (grn/bl/rd/wh) going to the boiler and zone valve can anyone explain how I wire the 4 wires to the S501 relay....thanks
