Symmons rough-in valve flow adjustment problem

Hi guys,

I have a lack of volume adjustment on the new Symmons rough-in valve I just installed.
It starts out ok but then it goes to full blast with no in-between.
Anybody know what the problem might be ?

A quick video showing the problem :

Thanks everybody in advance!

I did not.
But I have removed it earlier today and it looks perfect.
I can only see a seal at the end with a screw in the middle of it and another one further out, they're both perfect.

Somebody on a diff forum said that this valve may just work this way and that the volume control is done via the lever below the main knob?

That's exactly the way that the similar Symmons valve works in the shower stall in the other bathroom

Couple of pictures of the set-up:

Access panel in the bathroom on the other side of the wall, allows me to access the shut-off valves:

The volume is controlled with the diverter. Move it towards the middle to slow the flow. The main handle just controls temperature.
