Swapping sink & toilet positions

The sink and toilet are about 3 feet apart. I want to swap their positions. How complicated is this procedure? What sort of complications could arise?

Swapping sink & toilet positions

It could be pretty simple or it may not be worth the effort. Need to see where your pipes are now to give a good answer.
Is your toilet vent behind the toilet?
Is the piping below the floor joists or is your house a slab on grade home?
Are you willing to open up the wall? I assume so.
